• Cancellation Fees:
If you cancel after the free cancellation period or fail to arrive (no-show), a cancellation fee or the full cost of the booking may apply, depending on the hotel's individual policy.

Cancellations must be made through your SearchForRoom.com account or by contacting our customer support at booking@searchforroom.com. Cancellation requests made directly to hotels without notifying SearchForRoom.com may not be recognized.
2. Cancellation by Hotel or SearchForRoom.com
• In rare cases, if a hotel cancels your reservation due to overbooking, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons, we will notify you promptly and assist in finding alternative accommodations or refunding your payment.
• SearchForRoom.com reserves the right to cancel any booking that violates our terms of service or is suspected of fraudulent activity.
3. Refunds
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed promptly, generally within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
• Any applicable fees or penalties imposed by the hotel will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
